1. Acceptance

By using any RedPoint9 product (websites, tools, or games), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services

RedPoint9 provides web-based tools and browser games. Most are free and supported by ads. Some games offer premium features via paid subscriptions processed through Mollie.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed by Mollie and appear as "Mol*Redpoint" on your statement.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of payment.

4. User Conduct

Don't abuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: automated scraping, spamming, cheating in games, or attempting to interfere with our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All RedPoint9 products, including code, design, and content, are owned by RedPoint9. You may use our tools and games for personal and commercial purposes as intended, but you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Check the status page for current availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

RedPoint9 products are provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, except where required by Swedish or EU law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
